Our First Chapter at YT Studio: Sterling House
Every space has a first story. For YT Studio, that story began when Sterling House trusted us as our very first client.
If you’re from Bangalore, you know Sterling House. For over 70 years, they’ve shaped how this city experiences ethnic fashion from their iconic spot on Commercial Street. Generations have walked through their doors for timeless fabrics and contemporary style.
When they booked YT Studio for a three-day shoot, it set the tone for what this space was meant to be. Over those days, we watched our studio transform to meet the rhythm of their team clothes racks lined up, quick styling changes between shots, lights shifting to capture every intricate weave. The space wasn’t just a backdrop; it became a working hub that supported their process without slowing it down.
As our very first project, Sterling House taught us something valuable: a good studio is more than four walls and equipment. It’s about flexibility, comfort, and adapting to the pace of the creators using it. Sometimes that means extended hours. Sometimes it means multiple setups running in parallel. Always, it means giving teams the freedom to create without constraint.
For brands planning multi-day shoots, this experience reinforced what we believe: the right environment makes all the difference. It’s not just about capturing a product, it's about giving the team space to think, move, and collaborate.
We’ll always remember Sterling House as the brand that trusted us first. That trust means everything when you’re starting out, and it will always be part of YT Studio’s story.
If you’re a brand, creator, or storyteller looking for a space that adapts to you, YT Studio is open. Maybe your project will be the next chapter we write together.
